  • WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A BAG?

    Impactful Gifts is an e-commerce social enterprise. Our bags can be purchased here on our website or at pop up markets we host throughout the year, in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Please follow us on social media to know where we will be next!

  • CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?

    Pick up options can be arranged from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm by calling 709-726-1504. Pick up location is at the Sharing Our Cultures office at 390 Elizabeth Avenue in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. 

  • Please note: Masks are recommended upon entry and we adhere to public health guidelines and protocols. 

     

  • CAN I VIEW YOUR BAGS ANYWHERE IN-PERSON?

    Throughout the year we attend and host pop up markets in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Please follow us on social media to know where we will be next!

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROCESS?

    Store credit will be provided if items are returned within 30 days, from the received date. Items must be in the condition in which they were received, and customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the package. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to address your concern.

  • Upon checkout customers will be required to verify their understanding of our purchasing policies before proceeding to payment.

    Impactful Gifts provides international shipping options. Shipping costs may vary depending on the final destination. 
  • WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

    All our products are shipped weekly. Please note that conditions beyond our control may delay the dispatch of your order. 
  • I ORDERED A BAG ONLINE BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHY?

    Once payment is made, you will receive an email from Canada Post with tracking information. You may contact Canada post by telephone or through their website to confirm the location of your order, using your tracking number.

  • WILL MY ITEMS BE HELD IN THE ONLINE SHOPPING CART?

    Placing items in the online shopping cart does not guarantee purchase as the item could be sold before making payment, especially if it is the last item in stock. A purchase is only confirmed once the checkout process and payment have been completed.

    Your privacy is extremely important to us! Rest assured that we do not sell or share your contact information with third parties and we are PCI* Compliant. We employ outside companies to perform functions on our behalf such as delivering orders and processing credit card payments.
